GRILLED POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes
2 green onions
1 yellow onion
Butter
Salt and pepper
Aluminum foil

Slice potatoes into circles, leave peeling on them. Lay them lengthwise on foil. Add butter, salt, pepper, then sprinkle both onions on top. Grill them for about 1 hour or bake for 1 1/2 hours. Be sure foil is closed up. Put sour cream or buttermilk dressing on top. Great with cheese also.
