Cranberry Sauce Nut Bread

Yum-this is a great way to use up leftover cranberry sauce (I make my own with fresh cranberries). I followed the recipe without any changes-super easy and not too sweet (if you like things sweeter, you might want to add more sugar). The texture is lighter than many fruit breads; more cake-like. I brought a loaf in to work and everybody loved it!

Simple but really good, I did add cream cheese frosting. Very moist and not too sweet!
