NO KNEAD BREAD | |
2 c. warm water 2 pkgs. dry yeast 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. shortening or oil 1 egg 6 1/2-7 c. flour Mix in order given. Handle gently, do not knead. Let rise once until double. Make into rolls or loaf. Let rise and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. It can be refrigerated until ready to use. It will keep 5 days in the refrigerator. |
