NO KNEAD BREAD 
2 tbsp. dry yeast
3 1/2 c. warm water
1 c. applesauce
1/4 c. NSP Bee Pollen
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
6-7 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. 4 grain cereal
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. honey

Sprinkle yeast over warm water in large bowl. Add honey and stir to dissolve. Let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes. Mix oil, salt and bee pollen into yeast mixture. Stir in flour, 1 cup at a time, using a wooden spoon. Thoroughly mix in cereal and seeds. Cover with damp towel and let rise 2 1/4 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shape dough into 2 loaves. Butter 2 loaf pans and sprinkle top of loaf with extra 4 grain cereal. Bake about 1 hour.
