CRANBERRY - APPLE SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries, chopped
6 apples, chopped
2 c. sugar
1 reg. can pineapple, crushed and drained
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (cherry or raspberry)
2 c. boiling hot water
1 c. cold water (may be part juice from cranberries and pineapple)

Mix cranberries, apples, pineapple, sugar and walnuts together. Dissolve the 2 packages Jello in the 2 cups boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water/juice. Pour into fruit mixture and mix well. Chill.
