1 lb. crab meat or sea legs 2-3 c. raw vegetables, your choice (maybe broccoli and cauliflower) 3 tbsp. salad dressing 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. parsley 1/4 c. fresh onion or 1 tbsp. dry minced onion 1/8 tsp. pepper Mix last 6 items together and toss with crab and vegetables. Refrigerate several hours before serving. |
