EGG & BACON PUFF PIE 
3 eggs, separated
1 lb. bacon
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. soured cream
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumb into large pieces. Line dough of crescent rolls into ungreased pie plate. In large bowl, combine and mix egg yolks, soured cream, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Fold in stiffly beaten whites. Order of ingredients: dough, bacon pieces, thinly sliced tomato, cheese, egg mixture. Use 10" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
