CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Cut up cooked chicken
1-2 pkg. chopped broccoli or vegetable of choice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (sm. pkg.)
1/4 lb. butter

Spread chicken in 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Place broccoli on top of chicken. Mix mushroom soup with sour cream and spread over chicken and broccoli. Take stuffing and spread over soup mixtures. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
