VEGETABLE CASSEROLE WITH HERBED
TOPPING
 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or green beans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Cook broccoli until tender-crisp. Drain. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on box. Combine broccoli with cream of mushroom soup, water chestnuts, drained and sliced, and soy sauce. Turn broccoli mixture into greased 7x11 inch baking dish. Spoon stuffing mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 8-10 servings.
