VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) bag mixed vegetables, frozen
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (herb seasoned)
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/4 stick butter

Cook vegetables as package directs and drain well. Mix in celery, onion, cheese and mayonnaise in a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle herb seasoned crumbs on top and cover with 1/4 stick butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
