RUGGELACH 
DOUGH:

1/ 2 c. butter
1/2 c. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/4 c. flour

FILLING:

1 c. sugar, mixed with 2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. raisins (optional)
May add apples, strawberry jam, etc.

Cream butter and cream cheese, mix with sour cream and add flour. Separate dough into 3 balls. Chill overnight. Roll each ball out on board sprinkled with cinnamon, sugar mixture. Fill with nuts, raisins, apples, etc. Cut into 8 wedges starting at broad base, roll up each wedge. Place point down on lightly greased cookie sheet and curve into crescent shape. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.
