SWEET & SOUR MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 minced onion
2 slices of bread, broken up
Pepper & salt to taste
Italian seasoning mix
Green pepper

Pour canned milk over bread to moisten.

Mix all of above together, put in pan by spoonful or roll mixture in balls. Bake in 350 degree oven, pour off grease. After balls are done, add remaining ingredients and bake. One can chunked pineapple, reserve syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1 cup liquid. Combine 1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon salt and add to syrup 1/3 cup cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, add 1 large green pepper, 1/4 cup sliced onion and 1 (2 oz.) can pimiento. Add pineapple chunks, pour over meat. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
