SWEET AND SOUR MEAT BALLS 
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine ingredients, mix with 1 1/2 pounds ground beef. Form meat balls. This amount makes about 50 cocktail-sized meat balls. Bake in 400 degree oven until no longer pink inside. Length of time depends on size; cocktail-sized meat balls take about 10 minutes.

SAUCE:

Drain 20 ounce can of pineapple chunks; retain syrup. Measure syrup; add water to other pineapple juice to make 2 cups. Blend in 4 tablespoons cornstarch. Stir in: 1 c. brown sugar 4 tbsp. soy sauce 4 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook slowly until thick and clear. Add pineapple chunks. Add: 1 tbsp. pimento, chopped

Add sauce to meat balls. Simmer slowly or bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May be made a day before serving.
