ACINI-DE-PEPE SALAD 
Cook 1 pound of acini in salted water for 15 minutes. Rinse well and cool. Mix:

1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 (8 oz.) can chunky pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can fruit cocktail

In saucepan mix and cook until thick:

1 3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. lemon juice

When cooled, add 1 (12 ounce) container of Cool Whip. Fold into the fruit mixture. Makes an ice cream pail full and can be frozen, but freezing doesn't improve the flavor. May prefer to make 1/2 of the recipe at a time.
