1 lb. ground beef
1 minced onion
12 Saltine crackers, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. tomato sauce

SAUCE:

1/2 c. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2/3 c. water

Combine beef, onion, crackers, salt, pepper, eggs, and tomato sauce. Form into loaf. Mix tomato sauce, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, and pour over meatloaf. Pour water around meatloaf. Bake in 350 degree oven uncovered for 1 hour.
