SWEET AND SOUR MEATLOAF 
3/4 c. stuffing mix
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. basil
Pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Form into loaf. Top with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

SAUCE:

1 lg. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Note: I put some of the sauce into meat loaf, the rest on top.
