SWEET AND SOUR MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Mix beef, egg and bread crumbs in large bowl. Cut onion in half and put half in the meat mixture chopped. In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and mustard. Pour half of sauce mixture in the meat mixture. Shape into a loaf pan. Pour remaining sauce on top and the other onion half that has been cut in quarters. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
