STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
2 1/2 c. broken pretzels
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg white
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 c. hot water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 (3 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

Mix first 3 ingredients and press in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese and egg white until fluffy. Add powdered sugar, and fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzels. In a saucepan, put hot water, Jello, and strawberries. Cook until thick and spread over cream cheese mixture. Chill.
