TORTILLA ROLL-UPS 
6 green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp. cilantro
1 tbsp. parsley
3 oz. jar bacon bits
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. pkg. Ranch style dressing mix
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped frozen spinach, toweled and dried
8 flour tortillas (burrito size)

Mix all together, spread on tortillas. Roll up as a jelly roll. Wrap in plastic wrap or foil and chill in refrigerator. Cut into bite size slices. Can freeze before cutting. Be sure tortillas are FRESH.
