5 lb. tortillas (soft)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can green chilies, chopped, drained
1 sm. can ripe olives, chopped
Season salt to taste
Garlic salt to taste

Spread mixture on tortillas, roll up and refrigerate (in Saran wrap, etc.) Slice in pieces for serving.
