SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
This recipe makes a complete meal and your family will enjoy it so much.

1 lb. smoked sausage (I use Hillshire)
1 medium head of cabbage
4 medium potatoes
1 lb. bag baby carrots
1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Mrs. dash (any flavor)
1 tsp. sage (or to taste)
1 tsp. onion powder

In a 5-quart Dutch oven add sausage, cut into chunks; cut up the cabbage and add to the pot; cut carrots in half and add to the pot; cut up potatoes and add to the pot. Cover with water and add seasonings, stir and cook on top of stove until tender. Serve with bread and butter.
