NANNIE BRAZZEL'S HEAVENLY HASH
CAKE
 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Mix flour, cocoa, and pecans by hand. Bake in 9x12 inch well-greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. Pet milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla

Do not use mixer to mix icing. Beat until smooth. Cut large marshmallows in half and place over top of cake, when you take it out of oven. Pour icing over marshmallow. Let cool before cutting cake.
