HEAVENLY HASH CAKE | |
4 eggs 2 sticks melted butter 2 c. granulated sugar 4 tbsp. cocoa 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour 2 c. chopped pecans 2 tsp. vanilla FROSTING: 4 tbsp. cocoa 4 tbsp. butter 1 lb. confectioners sugar 10-12 tbsp. evaporated milk 1 bag sm. marshmallows Mix above in a bowl in order one by one. Pour in greased and floured 9x13x2-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Place marshmallow on top of cake as soon as you remove it from the oven. Place icing on top of the marshmallow. Let cool for 30 minutes. |
