ICING FOR HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Beat until creamy. Spread on warm cake. Serve from pan after standing overnight.
