LOBSTER DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Salt (pinch)
1 (5 oz.) can lobster, flaked
3 tbsp. sherry

Melt cream cheese over very low heat. Add mayonnaise, garlic, onion, mustard and salt. Blend well and heat. Add lobster and sherry. Serve hot with melba toast or crackers. Serves 6.
