1 lb. franks, quartered 1 tbsp. oil 2 med. onions, chopped 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. tomato sauce 1 can kidney beans 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. chili powder Brown franks in oil. Remove and set aside. Brown onions. Add flour, tomato sauce and cook until thickens. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to boil, cover, simmer 10 minutes. Add franks, cover, simmer 5 minutes longer. Serve. |
