HOT DOG RELISH 
3 lg. cabbage heads, shredded fine
2 qt. grated onions
2 qt. sugar
2 qt. vinegar
3 tbsp. salt
6 tbsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. turmeric
1 c. flour

Mix everything except flour. Cook for 1 1/2 hours until tender. Mix flour with enough water to make a paste. Add to cooked mixture. Stir and cook 10 minutes longer. Put in hot jars and seal. Good with hamburgers too!
