CARAMEL STICKY BUNS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. buttermilk baking mix
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. light cream (20%)
1 egg
36 pecan halves

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In each of 12 muffin cups (2 3/4" diameter), place 2 teaspoons each butter and brown sugar. Place in oven to melt. Mix remaining ingredients, except pecan halves; beat vigorously 1/2 minute.

Remove muffin cups from oven; place 3 pecan halves on butter-sugar mixture in each cup. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups (cups should be about half full). Bake 15 minutes, immediately invert pan and gently remove buns to prevent sticking. Makes 12 buns.
