CARAMEL STICKY BUNS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 c. buttermilk baking mix
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. light cream (20%)
1 egg
36 pecan halves

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In each of 12 medium muffin cups (2 3/4" in diameter), place 2 teaspoons each butter and brown sugar. Place in oven to melt. Mix remaining ingredients except pecan halves; beat vigorously 1/2 minute.

Remove muffin cups from oven; place 3 pecan halves on butter-sugar mixture in each muffin cup. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups (cups should be about 1/2 full). Bake about 15 minutes. Immediately invert pan and gently remove buns to prevent sticking.
