CINNAMON BUNS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 1/2 tsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 med. potatoes, cooked and mashed with 1 c. hot milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
9 to 10 c. flour

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light Karo
1 c. packed dark brown sugar

Mix and melt in a saucepan. Divide into baking pans before adding dough slices.

Mix first 4 ingredients and let rise. Add sugar, salt, and butter to the potato mixture. Beat 2 eggs and add to the potato-sugar mixture. Add the yeast mixture last.

Mix with 9 to 10 cups of flour. Knead and let rise in a warm place at least 1 hour. Roll out 1/2 of dough at a time. Spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Roll up and cut into 1 inch slices. Place in pans and let rise about 30 minutes before baking at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 pans.
