WHITE CREAM FROSTING 
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. skim milk
3/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and milk in small saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Cool. Cream butter with sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy, about 10 minutes. Add cooled flour mixture and beat until smooth. Makes frosting for 8 or 9 inch layer cake. 170 calories per serving.
