FAST FIXING CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines devil's food cake
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1 (4 serving) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 c. chocolate chips

Pour oil into a 9x13x2 inch pan. Tilt pan to cover bottom. Place remaining ingredients into pan. Stir with a fork until blended for 2 or 3 minutes. Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 or 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with icing sugar. Quick, easy and delicious.
