1/4 c. oil
1 pkg. cake mix
2 eggs
1 pkg. instant pudding (4 serving)
1 1/4 c. water

Pour oil in 9"x13" pan. Tilt to coat sides. Add remaining ingredients into pan. Stir with fork until blended. Scrape sides and mix well. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
