2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
Dash of salt
12 reg. size marshmallows
1/2 c. + 1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. cherry chips
12 oz. chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter
10 oz. chopped peanuts

Combine sugar, milk, salt, marshmallows and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add cherry chips and vanilla. Pour into 9"x13" buttered pan. Melt chocolate chips, add peanuts and peanut butter; spread over cherry mixture and chill.
