1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. salted peanuts
6 c. Rice Chex

Bring sugar and syrup to boil. Add rest of ingredients. Put in a 9x11 greased pan. Let cool and cut.
