QUICK BREAD PUDDING 
1 lb. loaf raisin bread
1 qt. milk
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
Vanilla
Cinnamon

Break bread into bite-size pieces in bowl; add all the milk in which vanilla has been added. Let soak 10 minutes or so. Beat eggs and sugar well. Add to bread mixture. Mix well. Pour into Pam sprayed 9 x 13 inch baking dish that is sitting in larger pan of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
