DELUXE CHEESE MOLD 
3 oz. pkg. orange-pineapple gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. orange sherbet
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Blend in sherbet. Chill until very thick. Stir in cottage cheese and pineapple. Spoon into 8 individual molds or a 1 quart mold. Chill until firm.
