CREAM CHEESE MOLD 
1/2 lb. cream cheese
2 tbsp. cream
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cream, whipped
Fresh fruit, cut into sm. pieces

1. Blend the cream cheese with the 2 tablespoons of cream until soft. Stir in the salt and lemon juice.

2. Fold cheese into the whipped cream.

3. Pour mixture in a wet mold and chill until set.

4. Unmold and put fresh fruit on top. Serves 6.
