STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD | |
1ST LAYER: 2 c. crushed pretzels 3 tbsp. sugar 2/3 c. butter 2ND LAYER: 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. Cool Whip 1 c. sugar 3RD LAYER: 1 lg. box strawberry Jello 1 c. water 20 oz. frozen strawberries 1 med. can crushed pineapple Crush pretzels. Put in 9 x 13 inch pyrex dish. Add sugar and slice butter. Cook 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Completely cool. Add 2nd layer after creaming 2nd layer all together. Top with 3rd layer. Boil water and add Jello. Dissolve completely; add frozen berries (sliced). Then add pineapple. |
