2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. peanut butter
2 c. quick cooking oatmeal

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter in large saucepan. Bring to boil and continue boiling over medium-high heat for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter, peanut butter, and oatmeal. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool.
