BUL KOGI (KOREAN) 
2 lb. thinly sliced sirloin
3 green onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
5 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/8 tsp. pepper

Marinate meat in remaining ingredients combined. Let meat sit overnight in marinade. Stir fry quickly in hot pan. Serve with rice and Kim Chee.
