DONNA'S KOREAN SALAD | |
2 bunches of spinach, cleaned (pick out the best leaves without the stems and spin dry) 1/2 lb. bean sprouts 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced 1 jar real bacon pieces, Hormel 6 mushrooms sliced 1 can sliced water chestnuts DRESSING: 1 c. vegetable oil 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. ketchup 1/4 c. white vinegar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. dried minced onion or 1 medium onion, grated When ready to serve mix salad ingredients and pour on salad dressing. |
