BULKOGI (KOREAN) 
2 lb. sirloin or flank steak, sliced thinly on the bias
4 green onions
4 cloves garlic
5 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/8 tsp. pepper

Chop onions and garlic and combine with remaining seasonings in a bowl. Add the meat to the marinade and mix well. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight. Grill meat over charcoal or broil and stir fry in wok. EASY, EASY, EASY and kids love it!!
