STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 peppers (green, red, yellow or orange)
1 package feta cheese
2 fresh garlic cloves
olive oil

Warm grill to medium low. Cut peppers in half, discard seeds. Brush both sides with olive oil and grill until slightly browned and soft.

Crush Feta cheese and garlic cloves. Combine.

When peppers are soft, add the Feta cheese mixture to the inside of each halved pepper and continue to cook on low heat until cheese is slightly melted.

Serve hot.
