RHUBARB-CRAM DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
3 to 4 c. rhubarb
Whipped cream

Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter. Add eggs. Mix with rhubarb. Press into greased pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold with whipped cream. Yield: 6 servings.
