COUNTRY KITCHEN STRAWBERRY PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Cool Whip
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Red food coloring
1 pt. fresh strawberries
Baked pie shell

Boil sugar, water and cornstarch. Cool. Add lemon juice, food coloring and strawberries. Place in pie shell. Top with Cool Whip.
