FUDGE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE | |
1 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. cocoa 1/2 c. nuts, chopped 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. white sugar 4 tbsp. cocoa 1 c. hot water Mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add milk and vanilla. Melt butter and add to first mixture with the cocoa. Pour into greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle nuts over top. In another bowl mix the sugars and cocoa. Put this mixture over the nuts. Pour water over the top and bake for 45-50 minutes at 325 degrees. |
