JOYCE'S OPEN FACED PASTRY 
2 (10 oz.) Hungry Jack biscuits
1/2 c. butter
12 oz. prune or apple filling
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter (melted)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate dough into 20 biscuits. Dip one side of biscuit into melted butter. Place butter side up on ungreased cookie sheet. Make large deep thumbprint in center of each biscuit for filling. Fill each biscuit with teaspoon of filling. Combine flour and sugar, mix well. Sprinkle on top on each biscuit. Nuts can be added if desired. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
