OPEN FACED HAMBURGERS | |
1/4 c. evaporated milk 1/2 slice soft bread, pulled in pieces 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. onion, chopped fine 1/2 lb. ground beef Mix ingredients thoroughly. Stir vigorously to blend. Place on rack under broiler 4 slices bread. Toast bread on one side and spread hamburger mixture on untoasted sides. Be sure to cover the edges. Return to broiler rack and broil until hamburger is done, 5 to 10 minutes. |
