OPEN - FACED TUNA BUNS 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
1 c. cubed American or cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped sweet or dill pickles
4 hamburger buns, split
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Sliced green olives

Combine all ingredients except buns and olives; mix well. Arrange buns cut- side-up on paper plate, towel or napkin. Spread with tuna mixture; garnish with olives. Microwave, uncovered, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Makes 8 sandwiches.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
